Builds a pg settings object for the currently authenticated management subject without role switching. Used for RLS authentication in both PostGraphile and zapatos.
Parameters
- subject: PgAuthenticatedManagementSubject | undefined
  Currently authenticated management subject.
- OptionalserviceId: string
  The serviceId of the current service
Returns Dict<string>
